1. General provisions
Three Division Pictures (hereinafter: „We“, „Our“), attaches particular importance to protecting personal data of Our service users and web page visitors (hereinafter: „User“, „You“, „Your“). You can be confident that Your personal data will always be handled fairly and legally, under all regulations in force, including General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: „GDPR“) and National GDPR Implementation Law (hereinafter: „Law“). All terms used in this Policy have the same meaning as those in the quoted regulations.
The purpose of this Policy is to offer You complete information about Your personal data processing and protection and to provide You with simple implementation of rights You are entitled to according to regulations in force.
1.1 Principles of personal data processing
Three Division Pictures collects and processes personal data under all principles prescribed in the GDPR.
Personal data are collected and processed only for a specific purpose which is legal. They are not further processed in the manner contrary to the purpose they have been collected for.
Our collected and processed personal data have to be accurate, complete and updated in order to ensure maximum protection, prevent possible misuse and provide Users with higher quality service. All Users are able to inform Us of any personal data changes as soon as possible.
Personal data are not collected to the extent larger than the one necessary to achieve specified and legal purpose. Personal data are saved and kept only as long as it is necessary to fulfill specified legal purposes unless a longer period of retention is required by other regulations for a particular purpose or in other cases strictly prescribed by law.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the highest security standards, including protection from unauthorized or illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage by adopting appropriate technical or organisational measures. Access to User's personal data is allowed only to authorized persons required to accomplish their tasks.

3. USER'S RIGHTS
Natural persons (Users), whose data We process, can exercise all rights guaranteed by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and National GDPR Implementation Law. The above mentioned rights include in paticular:
3.1.1. Right to access data
If You consider that We process Your personal data, You can request and obtain confirmation whether data related to You are being processed at Your convenience. If we really do process Your data, we will inform You about all information pursuant Article 15 paragraph 1 GDPR, which essentially includes all information contained in the previous sections of this Policy.
3.1.2. Right to correct data
If the processed data, which are related to You, are found inaccurate or incomplete, You can request their correction or amendment at Your convenience.
3.1.3. Right to erase data

3.1.5. Right to object to data processing
In cases when We refer to legitimate interest as a legal base to data processing, You can raise an objection to such processing at Your convenience. In this case, we shall prove to You (1) that there are conclusive legitimate reasons for data processing by our or thirt party's side which exceed Your interests, rights or liberties, or (2) that the data processing is necessary due to setting, achieving or defending legal requests.
If Your personal data are being processed for the purpose of direct marketing (including also profiling in this purpose), You can send Us Your objection at Your convenience, and We shall cease processing Your personal data.
3.1.6. Right to file a complaint to supervisory authority
If You consider Your personal data being processed illegally, You have the right to file a complaint to supervisory authority for personal data protection. The Personal Data Protection Agency (www.azop.hr) is the supervisory authority in the Republic of Croatia. If Your habitual residence or workplace is located in another EU member state or You consider Your rights have been breached in another EU member state, You can still contact supervisory authority of that state.
4. Other
4.1. Transfer of personal data to third countries
We do not transfer Your data to the countries which are not members of the European Union.
4.2. Safety
We implement appropriate techical and organisational measures in order to guarantee the safety of User's data, especially referring to personal data access by third parties, data deletion or modification ranging from accident to intention, and data loss or destruction.
